What’s been happening:

I ventured into a 25-year career with magazines and newspapers in Pennsylvania, Washington, and Oregon. Along the way, I have met wonderful folks in all walks of life, and interviewed and written about many of them, from kindergarten students to presidential candidates and former and current presidents of the United States. I have one daughter, born in 1982, who lives in Pennsylvania, as do most of my family members. While my wanderings took me to the Pacific Northwest in 1997, home is where the heart is - and my heart is still in Happy Valley, State College, and at Penn State. I am working on two non-fiction books, a novel, a screenplay, several children's books, and a syndicated column, and making plans to return to Pennsylvania.
